Decision Current Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Decision Current websites, applications, integrations, and AI-assisted decision workflows unless a separate written agreement applies.

Effective July 14, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern use of Decision Current by the company or person using the service. If you use Decision Current on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. An applicable order form or separate written agreement may identify the contracting provider and will control if its terms conflict with these terms.

2. The service

Decision Current provides an AI-assisted business decision platform. The service helps authorized users connect business information, build context, generate briefings and recommendations, coordinate decision workflows, and support human-reviewed decisions.

3. Accounts, tenants, and admins

Customer accounts are organized by company tenant. Customer admins are responsible for inviting authorized users, assigning roles, managing source connections, reviewing outputs, and ensuring users follow these terms. Platform admins may access operational tooling only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

4. Customer data and permissions

Customers retain ownership of their business data, connected-source data, prompts, documents, and other content submitted to Decision Current. Customers grant the rights needed to host, process, display, analyze, transform, and transmit that content to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to connect third-party sources and provide data to Decision Current.

5. Integrations and credentials

When an authorized user connects a third-party service, Decision Current may access data according to the permissions granted. Customers are responsible for reviewing provider permissions, disconnecting sources that should no longer be used, and complying with third-party terms. We may disable an integration if it creates security, legal, reliability, or platform risk.

6. AI outputs and human review

Decision Current uses AI to support analysis, summarization, diagnostics, and workflow routing. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on missing or stale data. The service does not replace professional judgment and does not make autonomous material business decisions on your behalf. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Decision Current is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, insurance, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals for those matters.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Decision Current to:

  • Break the law or violate third-party rights.
  • Access another tenant's data or attempt to bypass security controls.
  • Submit malware, secrets you are not authorized to use, or unlawful content.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
  • Use outputs as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions without qualified human review.

8. Confidentiality and security

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will protect confidential information using reasonable care and use it only to fulfill these terms or a related agreement. Decision Current uses safeguards designed to protect customer data, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Capability availability

Capabilities may vary by plan, tenant configuration, permissions, data availability, or supported integration. Do not use an unavailable or incomplete capability for production-critical workflows.

10. Intellectual property

Decision Current software, designs, documentation, workflows, models of operation, and brand assets are owned by the service provider or its licensors. Except for customer data and rights expressly granted in these terms, no rights are transferred.

11. Fees

Fees, billing terms, and subscription details are governed by the applicable order form, proposal, invoice, or written agreement. If no paid agreement is in place, access to unpaid services may be limited, suspended, or discontinued.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if use of the service creates security, legal, operational, or platform risk; violates these terms; or if required by law. Customers may stop using the service or request account closure through the contact form.

13. Disclaimers

Decision Current is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be complete, accurate, or fit for every business purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. Any aggregate liability will be limited to the amounts paid for the service during the three months before the claim, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify customers or update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

16. Contact

Until the Decision Current support mailbox is active, submit terms questions through the contact form.
