1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Decision Current websites, applications, and client portals, including decisioncurrent.ai, app.decisioncurrent.ai, and growth.decisioncurrent.ai.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Contact details, such as name, email address, company, and messages you send us.
- Account details, such as user profile, organization, role, permissions, and sign-in activity.
- Customer content and business context that authorized users provide or connect, including source metadata, files, notes, prompts, responses, and integration data.
- Connected-source data that tenant admins authorize us to access, such as accounting, analytics, advertising, operational, document, or other business-system data.
- Technical and usage data, such as device, browser, IP address, logs, diagnostics, cookie data, page views, and product interactions.
3. Source connections and credentials
Decision Current is designed so each company controls its own source connections. Where possible, we use OAuth, API tokens, service identities, or other revocable authorization methods instead of asking for provider passwords. Credentials and tokens are stored in protected secret storage or vault systems, while the application stores safe references and status metadata.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, secure, operate, and improve Decision Current.
- Authenticate users and enforce tenant boundaries, roles, and permissions.
- Connect, validate, sync, normalize, and explain authorized business sources.
- Generate source-backed briefings, diagnostics, recommendations, and workflow context.
- Support customers, troubleshoot issues, monitor reliability, and prevent abuse.
- Communicate about the service, security notices, and administrative matters.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.
5. AI-assisted processing
Decision Current may use AI systems and model providers to help generate briefings, summaries, diagnostics, and answers. These workflows are designed to use the minimum relevant context, avoid sending secrets in prompts, and keep human review in the path for material business decisions. We do not intentionally use customer connected-source data to train public foundation models.
6. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, support, and operate Decision Current.
- Integration providers when an authorized user connects or uses a third-party source.
- Professional advisers, auditors, or authorities for legal, security, or compliance reasons.
- A successor or affiliate in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.
We do not sell customer business data, and we do not use connected-source data for third-party advertising.
7. Security and tenant separation
Decision Current uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data, including tenant separation, role-based access, protected secret storage, encryption, logging, and least-privilege access patterns. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond to issues.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support customers, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. When a company disconnects a source or requests deletion, we will delete, disable, or de-identify applicable records where reasonably possible, subject to backups, logs, legal obligations, and fraud-prevention needs.
9. Choices and rights
You may ask us to review requests for access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable law. You may opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe instructions in those messages.
10. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to run the website, understand usage, improve performance, and measure interest in Decision Current. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, although some features may not work correctly.
11. Children
Decision Current is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify customers or update the effective date above.
13. Contact
Until the Decision Current privacy mailbox is active, submit privacy questions through the contact form. Do not include credentials, secrets, or raw business records in the message.
14. Google account connections and data
When you authorize a Google connection, Decision Current Growth accesses the Google account identity and the business resources assigned to your organization. Depending on the connection, this includes:
- Google Analytics: property and web-stream metadata, aggregate users, sessions, acquisition channels, landing pages, engagement, and configured events and key events.
- Google Search Console: verified-site metadata and search-performance reports, including search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, and positions.
- Google Ads: account and campaign metadata and advertising-performance reports, including ads, keywords, search terms, destination pages, spend, clicks, and attributed conversions.
We use this data to validate your connection, refresh your reports, display dated performance and comparisons, and provide source-backed analysis and recommendations within the service. Google Ads uses Google's available Ads authorization scope; our reporting connector does not create, edit, or delete campaigns or advertisements.
We store authorization tokens in protected secret storage and retain reporting data with access controls, encryption, and organization-level separation. Authorized service providers, including hosting and AI processing providers where used for these features, may process the relevant data only to provide or improve the user-facing service with your consent, subject to the restrictions below.
Decision Current's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. These restrictions apply to Google user data and information aggregated, anonymized, or derived from it, and take precedence over other sharing provisions in this policy.
We do not sell Google user data, use it to serve advertisements, transfer it to data brokers, use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending, or use it to train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models. Transfers are limited to providing or improving the authorized user-facing features with user consent, security purposes, compliance with applicable law, or a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets after obtaining explicit prior consent from the user. Financing or affiliation alone does not authorize a transfer of Google user data.
Human access to Google user data is limited to access you affirmatively authorize for specific data, security investigations, compliance with applicable law, or aggregated data used for internal operations as permitted by Google's policy and applicable law.
You may revoke the connection through your Google account's third-party connections settings. Revoking access prevents future authorized collection but does not itself delete reports already stored. You may request deletion through our contact form. We retain data only as long as needed for the disclosed service purposes or applicable legal and security requirements; deletion is subject to those requirements and backup retention. Do not send passwords, tokens, or raw business records with a deletion request.
